Vermeer "Hook" Tines are BUILT TO LAST! Unique hook-shaped double tines provide higher output and cleaner crop pick up that's thorough, gentle and versatile.   Tedding along Fencerows and Field Edges? No problem. With a simple adjustment clip, you can set the tines in two different positions - an outer position for normal spreading and tedding; and an inner position that feeds the crop directly behind the machine, not the sides.
   
The crop is turned top to bottom. The short leg of the double tine picks up drier crop material off the surface, while long tine picks up lower, wetter material and flips on top of the drier crop instead of blending it together. It's the quickest, simplest and most efficient way of handling material for maximum dry-down and achieving excellent forage quality.   Anti-Wrap Protection. Curved wheel supports and anti-wrap plate prevent downed crop material from wrapping around the wheels.   Simple adjustments for Angles/Heights. Rotor angles are easy to adjust with a simple screw handle. Wheel settings under the rotors allow you to precisely set your tedding operation to suit crop and field conditions.
     
Built for a heavy-diet of tedding action and designed to maneuver like models half their size. Hydraulic lift, fold and unfold keep it simple. Rotors hydraulically lift for excellent ground clearance. Cushion cylinders help soften impact at the end of the hydraulic stroke. Tight turning circle combines with constant-velocity U-joints to provide excellent maneuverability for smooth, easy handling.
