And with processed bales, you blow away all the dust, mold, mildew ... increase the palatability of the hay ... lower the stress and risk of contaminants to your cows ... and reduce the need and expense of concentrates and supplements.
 
Easy to operate and maintain! All from the tractor seat. Rear, self-loading arms hydraulically lift and load the bales. A hydraulic feed roller rotates and loosens the bale for uniform feeding. A PTO-powered drum, with tempered spring steel flails, processes the hay. No broken or bent bars to fix. No gearboxes to replace. Fewer moving parts means less maintenance.
 
Exclusive 2-year limited warranty on flails. Flails are positioned in a spiral pattern to even out the load on the PTO; secured with fine thread grade 8 carriage bolts with hardened bushings; contoured to fit the curve of the flail drum. This greatly reduces the possibility of flail breakage.

Two adjustable discharge doors help control spread patterns. Top door, with rubberized tarpaulin cover, lowers to feed the hay into tightly controlled windrows. Full length adjustable bottom door raises to feed hay into bunks; it also adjusts for bedding.
 
A high pressure, hydraulic motor, with a proven chain-drive system, powers the feed roller to ensure aggressive and positive bale rotation. Length of processed material is controlled by means of adjustable flail guard rods and the turning speed of the bale.
 
Heavy-duty front
screen protection. Constructed of 2" x 2" steel tubing. Low profile design creates superior visibility for backing up and loading extra bales. Twine guards protect both feed roller flail drum bearings/shafts.
